不開瓶即可飲用葡萄酒的Coravin
通過這種設(shè)備，可以用一根針刺穿軟木塞，并提取葡萄酒，在避免葡萄酒暴露于空氣當(dāng)中的同時(shí)，把惰性氣體氬注入瓶內(nèi)防止葡萄酒過度氧化。
當(dāng)針被取出來的時(shí)候，軟木塞自動(dòng)恢復(fù)原始狀態(tài)；另外，在此次葡萄酒評論雜志年度葡萄酒獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)典禮上，Vosne-Romanée domaine Yves和Jean-Pierre Confuron獲年度葡萄酒生產(chǎn)者獎(jiǎng)(wine producer of the year)。
